  • The fee is applied only after the manuscript is formally accepted for publication.

  • There are no submission charges, no review charges, and no pre-processing fees at any stage.

2. What the APF Covers

The APF supports essential services that sustain the quality and accessibility of the journal, including:

  • DOI registration for every published article

  • Long-term digital archiving and server maintenance

  • Professional editorial handling and formatting

  • Open-access hosting with free global accessibility

  • Indexing-related expenses, including certain paid indexing services

  • Maintaining an international editorial board and quality control

  • Enhancing website performance, design, and security

  • Administrative and operational costs of journal management

3. When the Fee is Charged

  • The APF is requested only after acceptance and before final publication.

  • Manuscripts that are rejected during peer review do not incur any charges.

  • Revised submissions are also free of charge until final acceptance.

Payment instructions are provided along with the acceptance letter.
