AUTHOR GUIDELINE

Research and Analysis Journal involves stuff such as review articles, case studies, and technical notes. The work of a journal is to provide free access to different contents, which somewhere functions to attract maximum readers and citations to articles published in Research Analysis. Moreover, the Journal approves English submissions that are original and innovative. Also, the submission is given with the knowledge that the work submitted has not been published anywhere and is intended to publish only on this site.

Additionally, IJMRAS functions in a way that it publishes the work thereby contributing significantly to the scientific data in the field of computer science as well as Engineering.

Furthermore, the criteria for submitting a research paper is that the manuscripts should be typed in a single space, and penned in proper grammatical English. As of now, English has been the accepted form and so Latin plurals must not be used, for instance, in place of formulae, the word formulas will be accepted. Moreover, other considerations that must be constant in the research paper are the use of capital letters, hyphens, and numbers that are spelled out or written (e.g., 8 or eight).

Instructions for the author

Authors who desire to submit papers for publication can do this by using the “ONLINE SUBMISSION” tab mentioned on our website or via our email editor@ijmras.com. This must be noted that submissions will be accepted for review with the knowledge that a similar manuscript has neither been submitted nor published on some other publication page. The author can visit the home page to get instructions on using the online submission tool. Mentioned below are the criteria upon which different manuscripts can be submitted to the journal:

1. Manuscripts intended to be submitted should be provided in MS Word format and the English language.
2. The whole journal must not have been submitted on any other site, not even a single part of it.
3. The author should provide their contact details along with their respective e-mails.
4. It is recommended to provide figures or illustrations of manuscripts per the computer's format.
5. While submitting the paper for publication, the type of approach taken by the author in the research must be mentioned in a proper cover letter.
6. Research papers that have been submitted by more than one author are verified on the premise that all named authors agree with their submission and that a duplicate copy of the exact manuscript has been given approval by all the authors.

The output that will be attained after the review will be one of the following decisions:

Accepted
Under Review
Rejected

Format & Style

The arrangement for the manuscript must be as per the following chronology:

Heading, Excerpt, Introduction, Description, Outcome and Discussion, Conclusion, Acknowledgements, and References.

Heading: The heading for the manuscript must be precise and crisp sufficient to elucidate the objective of the author’s research work.

Excerpt: For a brief report, the word limit must not be more than 250 words, and the word limit for original articles and other types of articles should be up to 7000 words. As the excerpt ends, the author should provide at least 03 to 09 keywords.

Introduction: The introductory paragraph must serve the paper's objective and summarize the research work.

Description: The description must be elaborative enough to elucidate all the methods, observations, processes, and data. The author must make use of proper headings and subheadings and references wherever needed.

Result and discussion: It is recommended to discuss all the outcomes in detail in the situation of a key research paper. Nevertheless, the author can use figures, graphs, and tables to explain the data. 

Conclusion: Undoubtedly, a conclusion works to throw light on the work that has been done or recommend applications or even extensions.

References:

It consists of all different types of websites, papers, books, etc. which are referred to by the author or the researcher in the present research work.

The whole document must be in the font of Times New Roman. Also, for page style, the author must use the sample paper or the template that is attached to the guideline.

Plagiarism :

The article/ manuscript/content should be unique, Original, and plagiarism should be less than 15%.
